    Our team has significant experience running and servicing private equity business models. We have done work for most of the private equity businesses in Queensland and serviced a Nationally listed investment bank in Sydney for more than 30 years.

    We understand how private equity works and are specifically geared to servicing their needs. In 2011 we established a private equity fund for the Deaf and we have run that successfully for six years.

    We returned a $6 million dividend annually from an investment of $10 million.

Brian has 15 years consulting experience in Australia and Europe.

He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and prior to his current position he was a partner within the Corporate Advisory unit at Pilot Partners.

Brian has a special focus on the medium/large Owner Managed Business (OMB) and small listed company space. He has significant expertise in the development and execution of growth strategies and can provide valuable mergers and acquisition assistance in relation to target identification, contract negotiation and general transaction management. Similarly, Brian can also assist clients achieve successful exit strategies via a trade sale or listing on the Australian Stock Exchange. Where such exit outcomes are not feasible, Brian has significant expertise in designing creative alternative exit solutions which can be of particular value to a baby boomer business owner.
